Summary

The job description is for a Demand Generation Manager at Medely, a high-growth healthcare technology company. This role will shape demand generation strategies, work cross-functionally with sales and clinical operations teams, and drive acquisition growth of new medical facilities and nursing professionals.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience working with lead generation channels
  • Experience with awareness, account-based marketing, and performance marketing channels
  • Strong grasp of marketing metrics and the ability to align projects with our goals and OKRs
  • Independent, strong project management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Own Medely’s demand generation program across both the facility acquisition and nurse recruiting sides of the marketplace
  • Own the demand generation funnel including awareness, account-based marketing, and performance marketing programs (including Google, Facebook, email marketing, content campaigns, SEO etc.)
  • Own lead generation flows including landing pages and flows to the sales teams, including testing and optimization
  • Build tests and optimize programs for spend in our paid channels
  • Align advertising messaging across our funnel with our brand pillars and test into high performing messaging
  • Test new acquisition channels for both facilities and pros, including digital, out of home, partnerships, content, and non-traditional methods
  • Work closely with our agency partners to manage campaigns, outcomes, and reporting
  • Expand our current efforts into new markets around the country
  • Responsible for results and reporting on our acquisition KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Startup experience and/or public company experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Calm under pressure, moves quickly, ability to work with unknowns
  • Working knowledge of Marketo, Intercom, Salesforce and BI tools
