Demand Generation Manager

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in demand generation, lead generation, or digital marketing in a B2B SAAS environment
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot)
• Proficient in data-driven marketing performance analysis
• Experience in website management, including SEO and basic development
• Familiar with marketing operations, database management, and SFDC campaigns
• Skilled in executing and optimizing multi-platform paid advertising campaigns
• Experienced in managing social media channels for business
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive revenue
• Use data and analytics to assess demand generation initiatives and optimize performance
• Manage and optimize the company website, focusing on SEO and basic development
• Execute and refine paid advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn, display, and native ads
• Oversee social media channels to boost engagement and brand visibility
• Provide weekly reports on marketing metrics and KPIs to track progress
• Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and strategy discussions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations is a plus
