• Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
• A creative and analytical approach to developing and implementing marketing strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize customer acquisition strategies across online and offline channels
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
• Establish and enhance marketing processes, workflows, and systems
• Craft and execute a social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement, brand awareness, and inbound leads
• Set up a comprehensive system for tracking and reporting key marketing metrics such as lead conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement rates, and the ROI of marketing campaigns
• Create and maintain a suite of sales support tools, including sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs
