Demand Generation Marketing Manager

Requirements

• 5-7 years of working experience in B2B marketing and demand generation
• A versatile business athlete with a broad range of skills in both analytics and creativity
• Knowledge of healthcare industry
• Prior experience with in-person events, virtual events and webinars
• Adept at learning and using technology to scale and improve processes
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with sales, channels and other internal teams to push projects across the finish line

Responsibilities

• Promote and maximize attendance to B2B events (both virtual and in-person) that target hard-to-reach executive audiences
• Support execution of certain virtual events, including concept, logistics, and follow up
• Lead Virta’s well-regarded webinar program by assisting with planning, promotion, and production of webinars
• Closely collaborate with B2B content lead who will own presentation content and speaker recruitment
• Develop digital ad campaign / ABM strategy in support of multi-channel B2B campaigns to energize and activate target buyers and channels through digital channels
• Support planning and execution of key projects, such as project managing Moonshots (large virtual event), assisting with physical marketing campaigns, and email marketing

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts

Benefits

• Compensation range is $122,000 - $150,000
