Summary
Join PFL, a leading print and direct mail company, as a Demand Generation Specialist. You will be responsible for creating engaging B2C and B2B marketing campaigns across various channels to drive lead generation and revenue growth. Collaborate with e-commerce teams, marketing colleagues, and leadership to execute and analyze campaigns. Develop expertise in top accounts and buyer journeys, managing social media presence and creating always-on direct mail programs. This role requires a marketing degree, 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, strong communication and project management skills, and a passion for results-driven marketing. Requirements
- Business or Marketing degree and 3+ years of marketing experience
- Attention to detail and strong project management abilities
- Exhibits strong communication skills, both written and verbal; and is responsive to direct feedback
- 3+ year of experience creating marketing campaigns in a printing or e-commerce environment
- Deep passion for marketing and creating campaigns deliver results and solve key challenges for our buyers
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships and incorporates feedback
- Curiosity and a bias toward action
- Metrics-oriented, ensuring campaigns drives engagement that leads to revenue growth

Responsibilities
- Create dynamic campaigns leveraging digital, email, direct mail, social and other marketing channels
- Work with the e-commerce teams to drive campaign adoption and enable them to play a key role in campaign execution and follow-up
- Partner across the marketing team to create campaigns that reinforce the Printing for Less brand and key messaging
- Create weekly reports to measure, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve outcomes. And share these reports regularly with marketing and e-commerce leadership
- Become expert on our top accounts, and create tailored campaigns that align to our ABM approach
- Become expert on the buyerβs journey and which tactics align best at various stages of the funnel
- Manage the Printing for Less social media presence in partnership with the PFL social media team
- Create always-on direct mail programs that leverage PFLβs technology and methodologies
- Perform ongoing analysis of industry competitors and competitive products
Benefits
- Salary range is $65-75k depending on experience
