Summary
Join Jamf as a Digital Engagement Specialist and collaborate with the Customer Education team to create, update, and maintain engaging customer training experiences for the Jamf portfolio. You will manage content assets, timelines, and stakeholder interests to ensure timely project completion. This role involves partnering with various teams within Jamf and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and experience in customer service or education. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, or teaching, education, customer experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory
- Established security protocols will be adhered to, sensitive data will be handled responsibly, and data protection practices are followed, including understanding relevant privacy regulations and reporting breaches
- Acknowledging the Jamf Code of Conduct, where applicable security and privacy policies can be found, is a requirement of all roles at Jamf
Responsibilities
- Assist with the update and maintenance of CE learning experiences for customer viewing and use. This includes, but is not limited to, student materials, videos, informational diagrams, simulations, graphic assets, and instructional aids
- Follow team, department, Jamf, and other industry style guides to update, maintain, and create content adhering to the standards for customer consumption
- Create digital customer engagement assets for CE learning experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, the Jamf Educator learning platform, the Jamf Baseline Training Series, Teaching Parents about Jamf Parent video, Jamf Learning Hub Overview video, and various other short-form videos or reels
- Support the awareness of Jamf product releases and their impact on key CE learning experiences to build out and assist with maintenance cycles
- Audit to learn and then leverage the phased methodology for content creation in CE for use with learning experience updates, maintenance, and creation
- Review project plans and related information to organize work, supporting key team deliverables, and ensuring a timely completion for customers and stakeholders
- Follow publication standards needed for learning experience delivery to customers by the CE operations team
- Deliver and receive constructive feedback to and from CE team members on process, content, or projects to ensure quality, a unified voice, and consistent outcomes
- Provide progress updates to CE and internal Jamf stakeholders to ensure timely project completion
- Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the department and Jamf as a whole
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience with content creation or design
- Minimum of 1 year of data entry and review experience
- Minimum of 1 year of Apple product use
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Passionate about adult education and educational methods
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment with new software tools
- Adapts to, and solves, challenges quickly and efficiently
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Business level proficiency in English
- 2 or 4 Year Degree
- A combination of relevant experience and education maybe be considered
