Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Shopify, and social media platforms
• Experience with email marketing and content management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update our content calendar in Notion on a daily basis to ensure timely and consistent content publication
• Track and analyze marketing metrics from Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify, and update company spreadsheets accordingly
• Manage and maintain all Tejesta social media accounts, including timely posting, responding to comments, and creating consistent stories
• Analyze revenue trends, marketing trends, and inform management of developments to drive revenue growth on Shopify
• Be responsible for content updates and administrative management of the Tejesta.com website
• Organize assets from photoshoots, communicate with videographers and photographers, and ensure timely organization and delivery of projects
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Notion or similar project management tools
• Graphic design skills
