Remote Digital Marketing Manager

Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with 2+ years of experience to improve our marketing strategies and drive growth for our Ukrainian software company specializing in macOS and iPhone applications. The role involves email marketing, copywriting, social media management, performance reporting, developing marketing plans, conducting market research, and analyzing results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience in Marketing
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1-C2)
• Project management/lead experience
• Proficient knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page)
• Applicable experience in creating various types of content
• Strong experience with email marketing and social media

Responsibilities

• Plan email campaigns & work with the design team to create and send email newsletters
• Work with the design team to create copy and structure for landing pages
• Manage all social pages; plan and execute social media plan
• Prepare Marketing Performance reports: monthly activities, results with key metrics
• Develop and implement a successful marketing plan for the company software
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to execute marketing tasks according to the marketing launch & promo plan
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation
• Monitor and analyze product marketing results, and gather customer feedback, providing insights to leadership and suggesting strategies for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using a MacBook with an iPhone and/or iPad
• Ability to work toward a common goal
• Good sense of humor
