Summary
Join iRhythm as a Digital Solutions Partner and lead our EHR sales and customer adoption initiatives. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, EMR implementations, or consulting involving EHR’s and integrations
- You’re a strategic thinker with the ability to communicate key messages clearly and concisely. You’ve used these skills to influence others and contribute to the vision and direction of a team
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and across all levels of the internal organization. You have influenced both up and across the organization in past roles
- Must be a self-starter and able to follow through on key commitments
- Ability to provide leadership, coaching and business minded skills while developing key relationships with customers and internal sales teams
- Ability to create success in an ambiguous internal and external environment. You can navigate the grey areas and help others navigate them as well
- Experience giving persuasive presentations on complex topics to customer and internal stakeholders
- You do not tolerate mediocrity and demonstrate a growth mindset to push yourself and our team to continued and accelerated success
- Ability to travel up to 25-50% of the time, as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Partner with iRhythm Commercial leadership in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the sales expansion of iRhythm through EHR integration area wide
- Own the development and execution of a business plan that incorporates new account growth and expansion opportunities within your area
- Learn, evangelize, and continue to refine our integration best practices with customers, and partner with key team members including IT, Clinical, and Billing to support the implementation of the EHR integration service
- Provide Sales and Customer Experience teams training, guidance and coaching on EHR integration, and how to effectively sell EHR integration into accounts. This includes field visits, observations, and measurement of results
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and regional sales teams to identify and prioritize high priority accounts
- Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers, key decision-makers and other stakeholders, to exchange information and views and to ensure that iRhythm is providing the appropriate range and quality of services
- Oversee the preparation of quarterly reports on EHR strategy and progress
- Identify changes in healthcare policy, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and implement strategies and tactics accordingly
- Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales progress on a monthly basis and ensure goal achievement
