Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the technology sector
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing finance team
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the stability and sustainability of the company's financial position
• Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Work closely with other departments to support business initiatives and drive financial performance
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, providing transparent and timely financial information
• Ensure tools and systems are in place to support the above activities
