Summary

The Director of Identity Solutions will oversee StackAdapt's Identity offering, working cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and promote industry leading solutions. This role is remote and open to candidates in the US or Canada.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering impactful identity-based solutions within the AdTech or MarTech focused company
  • In-depth knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, including understanding data types/workflows, bid stream mechanics, data targeting, and measurement
  • Experience in leading long-term, cross-functional product initiatives from inception to completion
  • Proficiency in articulating technical requirements and extracting insights from data using SQL or product analytics tools

Responsibilities

  • Define the technical vision for identity-based initiatives, incorporating industry best practices and competitive insights
  • Oversee the development and management of various product lines, including clean rooms, CRM onboarding, and cookieless solutions
  • Ensure solutions perform optimally across all use cases and verticals by considering all downstream applications, both internal and external
  • Establish a framework for monitoring key performance metrics to gauge the initiatives' success
  • Analyze complex datasets to troubleshoot technical issues like identity resolution accuracy and performance discrepancies
  • Lead the execution of the Identity roadmap, collaborating closely with Engineering and technical teams on new integrations and implementations
  • Serve as the go-to expert on Identity-related topics for Marketing and Revenue teams, continuously staying informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and hands-on SQL knowledge is a big plus
