Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams
- Proven success in leading demand generation, web marketing, and account-based marketing strategies
- Strong experience in building and scaling digital marketing teams, with a track record of developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and leading leaders
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth, optimizing marketing funnels, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and revenue targets
- B2B marketing experience is required, particularly in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
- Knowledge and experience with a range of marketing technologies, eg. Automation platforms, intent based engines
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills; proactive and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead high-performing, cross-functional teams focused on demand generation, ABM, content creation, web optimization, and delivery
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, skill development, and problem-solving to tackle complex marketing challenges
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve measurable OKRs aligned with global business goals
- Drive revenue growth through targeted digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall GTM strategy and brand positioning
- Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives
- Maintain operational efficiency across marketing processes, from lead generation to campaign delivery
- Partner with Sales, Sales Development, and Strategic Alliances to build and accelerate the revenue pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and other marketing leaders to drive high-priority initiatives with a high level of autonomy and strategic insight
