Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in event planning and management, with a focus on delivering unique and innovative experiences
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinker with a passion for challenging convention and pushing the boundaries of what is possible
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams
• Proven track record of being able to take ideas from conception through to a best-in-class scaled program that can be delivered through multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Manage and Execute our presence at Tier One Global Events calendar, focused on key industry events
• Develop and execute a comprehensive event calendar that delivers the Immersive Labs Cyber Drills experience across key locations globally
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of event production, including sourcing unique and exciting venues, vendor management, and on-site execution
• Develop and implement an end-to-end promotional program to drive engagement and attendance with target accounts
• Identify and develop internal talent to build a robust team capable of delivering high-quality Cyber Drill experiences
• Develop sponsorship packages and proposals tailored to sponsors needs and secure sponsor partners
• Develop training materials and programs to enable partners to deliver their own versions of the event
• Pilot and evaluate new event formats and experiences to gauge effectiveness and attendee engagement
