Summary

Join Procoreโ€™s Marketing team as a Director, Marketing Operations, leading the operations of key cross-functional marketing programs. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of marketing processes and optimization. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers remote work from any US location. Immediate start is preferred. Responsibilities include process improvement, project management, KPI definition, progress monitoring, communication, template development, cross-functional collaboration, and marketing technology alignment. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of experience in marketing operations (preferably in SaaS/technology), strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or career equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience leading marketing operations, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pipeline analysis, measurement, and data insights
  • Expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ability to stay current with marketing technology trends, while adapting to the rapidly changing marketing landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and persuading diverse stakeholders, even without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within large-scale, cross-functional teams and to foster collaborative relationships across various levels

Responsibilities

  • Identify, address and implement process improvements to marketing, optimizing the way the team works together
  • Project manage cross-functional marketing programs including launches and other key marketing initiatives across people, processes and technology
  • Outline project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with marketing stakeholders
  • Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Develop and implement repeatable templates and processes to ensure efficient campaign management, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across marketing, sales, finance, and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives across departments
  • Partner with our marketing leadership team and our technology and analytics teams to ensure marketing technology is aligned with marketing team goals and measured impact

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with a variety of project management tools and technologies, such as Jira and others, to drive process, is a plus

Benefits

  • Base Pay Range $172,000 - $236,500
