Summary

Join Filevine, a leading legal tech company, as their Director of Digital Demand. Lead and execute the full-funnel digital growth strategy, encompassing acquisition, retention, and expansion across sales-led and product-led growth functions. Manage and mentor a team of marketers, optimizing key channels and campaigns while hitting monthly goals. Architect the digital campaign roadmap, build integrated programs, and partner with Sales and RevOps. Own web experience performance and collaborate with other teams to ensure messaging consistency. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive experimentation to enhance growth. This player-coach role requires a data-obsessed, testing-driven leader with strong B2B SaaS experience.

Requirements

  • 6โ€“10 years in digital or growth marketing for a high-growth B2B SaaS company; experience in legal tech or vertical SaaS is a plus
  • Proven success owning pipeline targets and scaling multi-channel programs
  • Fluent in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Domo, Meta Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, and GA4
  • Data-obsessed, testing-driven, and deeply comfortable with attribution models
  • People-first leader who develops talent and builds team culture
  • Able to think strategically while executing with urgency and precision

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital demand channels: paid media, SEO, email, affiliate, and web
  • Manage and mentor a team including Performance Marketing Managers and Customer Marketing Managers to hit monthly lead quantity, quality, and pipeline goals
  • Architect the digital campaign roadmap to support pipeline and revenue goals across multiple product lines and buyer personas
  • Build integrated programs across acquisition and customer lifecycleโ€”including upsell, retention, and product-led growth motions
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on lead scoring, routing, funnel analytics, and pipeline forecasting
  • Own web experience performance: landing pages, A/B testing, conversion optimization
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, and brand teams to ensure messaging and targeting consistency
  • Analyze and report on MQL, SQL, SAL, Pipeline, ROAS, funnel velocity, and other critical KPIs
  • Drive experimentation with bold ideas that push paid, organic, and PLG growth forward
  • Foster a culture of rigorous A/B testing to increase conversion rates while decreasing CAC
