Summary
Join enosix, a fully remote organization, as their Director of Demand Generation and lead growth across ABM, digital, events, PR, and performance marketing. You will architect and ignite the marketing engine, defining a category in the evolving SAP market. This role offers the opportunity to build and execute full-funnel campaigns, drive digital strategy and optimization, lead social and brand activation, manage PR and thought leadership, and oversee events and field marketing. You will directly manage a high-performing marketing team member and two BDRs. The ideal candidate possesses 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise tech, along with deep hands-on experience in demand generation, ABM, paid media, and marketing analytics. Requirements
- 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience – SaaS, ERP, or enterprise tech strongly preferred
- Deep hands-on experience with demand gen, ABM, paid media, and marketing analytics
- Fluent in tools like Pardot, Salesforce, N.Rich, Sprout Social, GA, and LinkedIn Ads
- Proven ability to turn strategy into action and ideas into measurable outcomes
- Based in Chicago – willing to travel for key events and team meetings
Responsibilities
- Build and execute full-funnel campaigns (paid social, search, display, email, syndication)
- Lead vertical ABM targeting SAP-powered enterprise accounts
- Own media planning, budget, targeting, and ROI
- Drive strategy and optimization for enosix.com, landing pages, SEO, and CRO
- Create and test high-performing conversion paths
- Align closely with content and design to turn interest into pipeline
- Lead paid and organic social strategy (especially LinkedIn)
- Build always-on and campaign-based content that grabs attention and drives action
- Use data, trends, and listening to sharpen performance
- Own the earned media engine – working with PR agency and exec team
- Develop and pitch stories, award submissions, and industry recognition
- Manage media calendar, strategic launches, and content moments
- Elevate enosix’s voice through executive visibility, PR content, and partner amplification
- Lead Salesforce World Tour, industry events, executive dinners, and webinars
- Build co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners and GSIs
- Manage messaging, logistics, and post-event follow-through that turns heads and drives leads
- Directly manage one high-performing marketing team member and two Business Development Representatives (BDRs), with the opportunity to expand the team over time
- Provide guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure execution excellence across campaigns and content
- Own reporting from MQL to SQL to Closed-Won
- Leverage Salesforce, Pardot, N.Rich, Sprout Social, and GA to track performance and inform strategy
- Use A/B testing, behavioral data, and intent signals to optimize campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong PR and storytelling chops – earned media, agency management, and exec comms experience a plus
