Success is measured by exceeding MQL, SQL, and pipeline generation goals, along with successful ABM program implementation. The ideal candidate has 7-10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with a proven track record in digital demand generation and ABM.
Requirements
- 7β10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a strong background in digital demand gen and ABM
- Experience owning end-to-end ABM strategy and execution
- Expertise in marketing automation, CRM, ad platforms, and ABM tools
- Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline through both inbound and outbound motions
- Strategic thinker with deep operational chops; comfortable executing with limited resources
- Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a performance-driven demand generation strategy aligned with ARR growth goals
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close collaboration with sales, targeting high-value strategic accounts through tailored messaging and channel tactics
- Own the paid media budget and performance across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
- Build and optimize full-funnel, multi-channel acquisition campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline conversion
- Oversee SEO/SEM, email nurture programs, ABM landing pages, retargeting, CRO, and website optimization
- Manage end-to-end marketing operations and the full martech stack to ensure clean attribution and integrated workflows (e.g. Pardot, Salesforce, zoominfo, etc.)
- Create personalized digital experiences for ABM targets, including intent-based ads, tailored nurture journeys, and dynamic web content
- Partner with RevOps on ABM playbooks, coordinating marketing and sales activities across the funnel
- Own ABM technology implementation and reporting
- Segment key target account lists by ICP and buying signals, and prioritize based on strategic fit and engagement
- Measure and optimize ABM success using account engagement metrics, pipeline velocity, and ROI
- Define and monitor KPIs across demand generation and ABM programs
- Deliver real-time performance dashboards and reporting for key stakeholders
- Continuously test and optimize channel performance, messaging, and offers based on funnel metrics
- Manage a lean team of in-house marketers, freelancers, and/or agencies
- Partner with content, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations to align GTM initiatives
- Foster a high-output, test-and-learn culture with shared accountability for revenue
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI, machine learning, or enterprise SaaS products is a plus
