Remote Director of Engineering, Practitioner Experience

Summary

Join Fullscript as Director of Engineering to help build world-class tools for doctors and medical professionals. As the technical leader, you will own and drive the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for engineering pods, work closely with product and design leaders, support and grow a team of technical leads, and collaborate to establish best practices.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing application
• Experience leading and growing other technical leaders
• Experience in a collaborative environment with other product management, design, and data leaders
• You’ve worked in a continuous integration environment
• You’ve worked in e-commerce or the health-tech sector

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for 3-5 of our engineering pods
• Work closely with product and design leaders to push forward Fullscript's product vision
• Support and grow a team of technical leads and their teammates
• Work with other engineering leaders to establish best practices and improve how our teams work
• Support executives with growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of the application
• Collaboratively build the technical roadmap with other technical leaders to ensure that Fullscript can continue to scale
