Summary

Fullscript is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead engineering teams and drive the technical vision for their practitioner experience platform. The role requires experience in leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing applications, collaborating with product management, design, and data leaders, and working in a continuous integration environment.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing application
• Experience leading and growing other technical leaders
• Experience in a collaborative environment with other product management, design, and data leaders

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for 3-5 of our engineering pods
• Work closely with product and design leaders to push forward Fullscript's product vision
• Support and grow a team of technical leads and their teammates
• Work with other engineering leaders to establish best practices and improve how our teams work
• Support executives with growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of the application
• Collaboratively build the technical roadmap with other technical leaders to ensure that Fullscript can continue to scale
