Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with 5+ years of leadership experience and accountability for end-to-end marketing campaign and/or product marketing strategy β ideally in B2B SaaS, information services, or regulatory/sustainability tech
- Broad Marketing Expertise: Should have a strong working knowledge of best practices and principles of Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, B2B Sales Process, ABM, and Marketing Measurement
- Proven Track Record: of delivering growth from both new customer acquisition and expanding value with current customers
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends and optimize campaigns and GTM motions
- Strong Leadership/Influence Skills: Exceptional collaborator with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Must be skilled at aligning stakeholders around a shared vision while driving accountability
- Skill in Establishing Scalable Processes: Strong ability to build processes that can help drive scale and efficiency
- Passion for Driving Change and Positive Culture: Creative problem solver and change leader adept at driving a positive and productive team culture
Responsibilities
- Developing and Implementing Growth Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Managing Marketing Execution: Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of marketing professionals to execute end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns that help achieve departmental goals
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Partnering with marketing operations to optimize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns
- Managing the marketing content and promotional investments Monitor investment performance to maximize return on investment (ROI)
- Driving Marketing Best Practices and Innovation: Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in growth marketing. Ideating and implementing the application of AI to help scale and accelerate marketing execution
