Requirements
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Director of Analytics or in a similar role
- Experience in digital marketing and digital advertising through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other common ad platforms
- Deep understanding of ad pixels (Google Ads Pixels, Meta Ads Pixel, etc.), web analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4), click-through attribution, and conversion tracking implementation through Google Tag Manager
- Proficient in spreadsheet software such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in data visualization software. Experience with Google Looker Studio is a plus
- Experience leveraging customer first-party data to optimize ad campaigns
- Familiarity with common CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Audit, implement, and maintain agency clientsβ web analytics (GA4, ad pixels, conversion tags) through Google Tag Manager
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor marketing and ad campaign performance in Google Sheets and Looker Studio
- Integrate client customer data from CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) or other data sources into reports to track ad campaign performance from click-to-lead-to-sale
- Be the go-to resource for technical solutions that empower marketing and ads β Meta Ads Conversions API, Google Ads Offline Conversion Tracking, Zapier integrations, etc
- Automate common reporting tasks whenever possible
Preferred Qualifications
- A Masterβs in Computer Science or something analytics-related is a huge plus
- Familiarity with Supermetrics is a big plus
