Requirements

- Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven growth and brand recognition
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse marketing teams
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Proficient in digital marketing, content marketing, and brand management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Clarity's overall business objectives and drives sales growth
- Develop and implement a staffing and operational strategy that supports Clarity's rapid expansion
- Lead, mentor, and strategically grow the marketing team
- Oversee the development and management of Clarity's brand, ensuring consistency and impact across all marketing channels and materials
- Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring they effectively communicate Clarity's value proposition and drive customer engagement
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, product development, and other key departments
- Utilize market research, customer insights, and data analytics to inform strategies, with a focus on understanding the unique dynamics of the non-profit education market
- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction
- Drive innovation in marketing techniques, exploring and implementing creative strategies that align with technological advancements and Clarity's position as a technology innovator
