Summary

Join Electric as their Director of Marketing and drive customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and retention. This role is a blend of general marketing (25%) and demand generation (75%) focusing on direct sales through various channels. Reporting to the CEO, you will execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for growth and revenue. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with SaaS experience, a bias for execution, and strong leadership skills. You'll manage a team, work cross-functionally, and own multi-channel demand generation. Requirements

  • 6+ years of growth marketing experience in a B2B SMB software, and/or SaaS environment
  • Has specifically built a demand generation engine that scaled rapidly, selling a product between $10-25K
  • Experience working at early-stage companies (< $10M, wearing many hats, and comfortable with growth and change
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns and programs that create robust customer pipelines
  • Strong multi-channel marketing execution experience
  • Experience managing and hiring high-performance marketing teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and revenue organizations
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities at once and follow through to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting maintain strong working relationships within a remote team
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for driving leads to direct sales to close more revenue and hit sales targets
  • Work cross-functionally to support our partner GTM, direct acquisition, and sales strategy driving channel-specific customer acquisition activities that result in revenue
  • Help define and execute the partner channel marketing strategy to grow Electric’s customer base and delight our partners
  • Own a multi-channel demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels
  • Manage third-party vendors for SEO, Lead Generation, Marketing Ops, Web Design, and Brand to execute at scale a multitude of projects
  • Working with rev ops, product, sales, and other stakeholders to drive cross-functional integrated marketing projects and initiatives in support of Electric’s customer growth objectives
  • Manage team execution against key objectives to boost brand awareness, increase market share, and drive marketing-qualified leads and customers
