Requirements
- 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in demand generation, campaign management, and digital marketing
- Strong background in marketing analytics, automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot), and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Experience leading marketing programs for SaaS or technology-focused businesses
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Strategic Leadership – Ability to set vision, drive execution, and align marketing with company growth objectives
- Data-Driven Decision-Making – Proficiency in analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and optimize strategy
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong ability to work across teams (sales, product, customer success) to drive alignment
- Content & Brand Storytelling – Ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Strong Communication Skills – Verbal and written skills to influence stakeholders and inspire teams
- Project & Budget Management – Ability to lead multiple marketing initiatives within financial constraints
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
- Align marketing initiatives with company-wide objectives and sales priorities to maximize impact
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Drive lead-generation initiatives to support sales pipeline growth and business expansion
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine targeting, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
- Oversee the development and execution of high-quality content (whitepapers, case studies, webinars, blog posts, and videos)
- Ensure brand consistency across all messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer expectations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals to drive operational excellence
- Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and accountability within the marketing organization
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business needs
- Establish key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making
- Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficiency and impact
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on campaign performance and market opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in using macOS and Microsoft 365
- Fluent in managing and utilizing Marketo, a marketing automation platform
- Comfortable with learning and utilizing Salesforce, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform
