Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Preferred in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience: 9 years or more of proven experience in marketing (for a technology company preferred) with leadership experience
  • Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including strategy, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product value propositions and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Innovative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and campaign development
  • A deep passion for marketing and a drive to contribute to a social impact, purpose-driven organization

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a cutting-edge digital marketing strategy that aligns with SOULCHI’s business objectives and brand vision
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more
  • Perform market research and analysis as well as develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging
  • Lead the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective execution of the strategy
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality digital assets that resonate with target audiences
  • Organize and manage product-related events, such as trade shows, webinars, and product demonstrations, to increase product visibility and engage with potential customers
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine campaigns and enhance performance
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis and market trends
  • Leverage analytics tools to gain deeper insights into customer behavior and campaign performance
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous product improvements and ensure that marketing strategies address customer needs and pain points
  • Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and support needed to effectively sell the product, including creating sales collateral, presentations, and product demos
  • Work closely with product management, sales, customer support, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product marketing strategies
  • Regularly communicate product updates, marketing plans, and performance metrics to internal stakeholders to keep the team aligned and informed
