Responsibilities

  • Design and launch the revenue enablement function within Rula
  • Optimize sales productivity by ensuring our revenue teams are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to exceed targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
  • 3+ years of direct sales or account management in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in a mix of scaled and high-growth startup environments
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in mental health or telehealth services
