Director of Revenue Operations

Summary

The job description is for a Director of Revenue Operations in a fast-growing SaaS company named Hostaway. The role involves leading the RevOps team, improving revenue operations strategies, overseeing tool integration, ensuring accurate reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring team members. Previous experience in scaling B2B SaaS companies is required along with advanced skills in data analysis, HubSpot, GTM, sales forecasting & sales enablement.

Requirements

• Previous experience working for a scaling-up B2B SaaS company is a must
• Multiple years of experience in revenue operations and leadership roles
• Advanced skills in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) for data analysis and reporting
• Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects
• Strong proficiency in HubSpot for CRM (or similar) and revenue operations management
• Deep understanding of GTM, and levers which can be used for revenue growth and expansion
• Proven record of design and implementation of GTM operational process together with GTM leadership
• Proven record of designing and implementing sales forecasting & sales enablement

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the RevOps team, providing strategic direction and hands-on support
• Improve and develop revenue operations strategies that drive efficiency across our GTM functions
• Oversee the architecture, integration, and optimization of various RevOps tools and platforms
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting and analytics to support decision-making
• Collaborate and consult with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align on revenue goals and reporting needs
• Mentor and develop RevOps team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
