Summary

Responsibilities

  • Grow the revenue, attach rate, and market share for Creator+, while delighting customers
  • Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering leaders as business success includes delighting users and technical sustainability
  • Set the product strategy for Creator+, focused on achieving business results
  • Plan the roadmap for Creator+
  • Develop go-to-market plans and enable our sales and marketing teams
  • Articulate the value and the future direction of Creator+ to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage and mentor your team of product managers, championing a positive high-performing culture
  • Work with other Product Managers to ensure coherent offerings for our customers
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships to augment the product offering
  • Define, monitor, measure, analyze and report regularly on key business, customer and user metrics
  • Be an important part of our Product leadership team, significantly contributing to improving our Product Management practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Product Management leadership experience in B2B SaaS products across hundreds of customers and millions of users
  • Experience with content management or EdTech products; both is a big plus
  • Strong background in content engineering, learning science, curriculum or assessment
  • P&L ownership experience for SaaS B2B products is a big plus
  • Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience
