Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling product teams, particularly in SaaS environments
  • Strong experience with data-centric products and leveraging AI/ML to solve customer problems
  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise software and go-to-market challenges
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and translate their needs into actionable product requirements
  • Experience working with cloud technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred)
  • Experience in delighting personas that include a variety of revenue roles including sellers, sales leaders, partner teams, marketing, marketing, and finance with differentiating features and solutions
  • Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Passion for innovation and delivering customer-centric solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a compelling product roadmap and delivery plan based on Tackle’s overall vision and strategy
  • Lead roadmap planning efforts to deliver differentiated solutions for revenue teams by balancing customer needs, market trends, and business priorities to leverage our unique data set and AI capabilities
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
  • Engage with key customers to deeply understand their needs, translating complex problems into actionable product solutions
  • Drive the development of AI-driven, data-centric product experiences that drastically increase productivity for sellers, partner teams, RevOps, marketing, and finance
  • Further, to modernize product management activities leveraging AI tools and approaches
  • Partner with marketing, SEs, CSMs, support, legal, partner teams, engineering, and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that meet market demands
  • Collaborate with Cloud Marketplace product teams to co-launch alongside their release of capabilities and provide feedback on roadmap continuously through our customers using their capabilities
  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and key updates to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and customers
  • Define, analyze and action key product metrics, customer and stakeholder feedback, and market trends to continuously inspect and adapt value prioritization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with using cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) including co-selling, product listing management, private offer transactions, selling through resellers and distributors
  • Experience in building Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, AppExchange apps and custom objects
  • Background in developer tools, enterprise software sales, or revenue intelligence platforms
  • Experience in category creation or new market development
  • History of transforming product organizations in high-growth environments
  • Experience with machine learning lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, continuous monitoring) within modern AI applications
  • Background in data pipeline management (collection, cleaning, annotation, feature engineering) and/or experience with business intelligence & analytics
  • Track record of implementing successful product-led growth initiatives, motions, and enablement in B2B products
