Requirements
- 5+ years in strategic partnerships or product alliances roles within SaaS or technology sectors
- Demonstrated track record of successfully creating and nurturing impactful alliances aligned to corporate objectives
- Technical Acumen: Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts, enabling deeper collaboration with product and engineering teams
- Strong analytical capabilities, including business-case development, financial modeling, and strategy presentation to executive leadership
- Experience leading end-to-end partnership processes, from initial identification and technical validation through execution, management, and performance monitoring
- Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with proven ability to build credibility and effectively communicate complex ideas
- Relationship Management: Expertise in nurturing long-term partner relationships through ongoing engagement, proactive management, and conflict resolution
- Contract Negotiation and Management: Proven experience negotiating complex partnership agreements, including licensing terms, revenue-sharing, and legal considerations
- A collaborative mindset and agility to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, or related fields
Responsibilities
- Work with business leaders to identify, establish, and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance Ivantiโs market position, expand the product roadmap, or create go-to-market opportunities
- Facilitate continuous refinement of Build, Partner, Buy strategies, ensuring partnerships align with corporate priorities and deliver value
- Coordinate technical evaluations, proof-of-concept (POC) efforts, and other due diligence activities with engineering and product teams
- Develop targeted business cases, go-to-market strategies, and financial models to drive measurable partnership outcomes
- Foster strong collaboration internally (Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Legal) and externally, ensuring alignment and successful execution of partnerships
- Lead efforts to coordinate and define pricing and sales motions with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage internal stakeholder (go-to-market (GTM), product, engineering) engagement with strategic partners (e.g., running QBRs)
- Provide partnership support by responding to escalations that extend beyond standard functional levels
- Develop performance tracking frameworks, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure partnership outcomes and success
- Manage partner onboarding processes, ensuring seamless enablement, documentation, and alignment with strategic goals
- Negotiate, track and manage complex partnership contracts, including licensing and revenue-sharing models, renewals and royalty reconciliation
- Conduct regular evaluations of ongoing partnerships, ensuring lessons learned feed into future initiatives and improve execution outcomes
- Represent Ivanti externally at industry events, building strategic relationships within the technology ecosystem
- You will drive consensus for action across teams through clear communication and collaboration with senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and external stakeholders
