Summary

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will own the sourcing and procuring of net new strategic partnerships, overseeing successful implementations and transition to partnership management.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years of successful Sales or Business Development experience
  • Experience in Healthcare, preferably working with Health Plans, other Digital Health Solutions or Consultants is preferred
  • A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
  • Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Strong background and track record of success as an individual contributor
  • Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential distribution partners in the healthcare sector
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Spring Health distribution and product goals and objectives
  • Lead negotiations to finalize partnership agreements
  • Build and maintain relationships within partner organizations
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and new opportunities for strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements
  • Represent Spring Health at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company’s partnership initiatives and build industry connections
