DTC Marketing Manager, Remote - Mexico

Summary

The job is for a DTC Marketing Manager at a digital health platform that integrates with Shopify. The position requires 5+ years of B2C marketing experience, budget management, global brand experience, technical skills in Shopify and lifecycle email/SMS marketing platforms, creative skills, excellent communication skills, and availability to work in the EST time zone.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a strong focus on scaling direct-to-consumer platforms
• Substantial experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets
• Experience working with global brands and understanding diverse markets
• Proficiency in Shopify and lifecycle email/SMS marketing platforms
• Strong creative insight, with experience in branding and copywriting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide professional references demonstrating success in similar roles
• Availability to work in the EST time zone

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage external marketing agencies and contractors
• Regularly review ad performance across all platforms
• Implement lifecycle email and SMS marketing strategies
• Leverage prior experience in scaling direct-to-consumer platforms
• Utilize Shopify experience to optimize the e-commerce platform
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative ideas for brand positioning and marketing campaigns
• Craft compelling messages that align with the brand’s voice and objectives
• Operate in a scrappy and agile manner, quickly adapting to changes and coming up with creative solutions to challenges
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators
