Summary

WRS Health is seeking a remote Email Marketing Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating successful email marketing campaigns, strong copywriting skills, and knowledge of best practices for email marketing. The role involves campaign development, content creation, marketing whitepapers and blogs, performance analysis, A/B testing, email list management, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing, with a track record of creating successful campaigns
• Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive content
• Experience with email marketing platforms and tools, such as HubSpot and Mailchimp
• Knowledge of best practices for email marketing, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to optimize campaign performance
• Strong organizational and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives
• Write compelling and engaging email content that captures attention and drives action across all stages of the customer journey, from initial engagement to ongoing communication
• Develop and implement strategies to market whitepapers and blogs through email, ensuring high visibility and engagement with target audiences
• Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective communication with different customer segments
• Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content marketing, particularly in marketing whitepapers and blogs
• Basic knowledge of HTML and email design best practices
• Certification in email marketing or related fields
