Product Enablement Manager

Summary
Join PandaDoc as a Product Enablement Manager and empower the GTM teams with the knowledge, skills, and resources to deliver a consistent framework for tailoring product demonstrations and adoption to customer needs. You will be responsible for product readiness, release management, training, and certification of the sales team on all things product. This role involves creating data-driven initiatives, aligning strategically with sales leadership, developing product certifications, and fine-tuning enablement operations. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering product and ICP training, creating content, and communicating consistently with stakeholders on change management and program updates. This role requires experience in program management, B2B SaaS companies, enablement or PMM with sales teams, and demonstrated success using sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong.
Requirements
- Has experience with program management including to take complex initiatives that involve many of stakeholders within a company
- Has at least 3 years working experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Has 3 years experience working on enablement or PMM with sales teams including full cycle sellers or at least 3 years carrying a sales quota
- Demonstrated success using sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMM and other internal teams to help operationalize and train on feature and product releases
- Create data driven initiatives the enablement team can tie to their business impact. This includes communication about metrics from certification, adoption and throughout the lifecycle of an initiative
- Strategic alignment with Sales Leadership: This means meeting with the VP, Senior Directors, Directors, and Managers on a regular basis to coordinate initiatives with broader KPIs
- Develop product certifications for new hires to reduce ramp time
- Fine tune and build Enablement Operations by proactively identifying problems and building out plans to fix them in the short term and build a long term governance strategy
- Develops and delivers product and ICP training, including certifications, battlecards and playbooks
- Creation of content from training decks, participant kits, playbooks, and best practices using our methodology
- Communicate consistently with stakeholders on change management and program updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a quota carrying role
- Working with international teams, specifically with those located in Eastern Europe
- Experience working with E-Signature platforms
- Speaks Portuguese, Spanish, or German
