Summary

Join Imagine Pediatrics as their Engagement Marketing Manager and partner with the Vice President, Patient Engagement to design and execute a direct-to-patient and direct-to-provider marketing strategy. This fully remote role (with up to 20% travel) requires 5+ years of marketing experience and a proven ability to develop and execute engaging marketing strategies. You will build and execute multi-channel campaigns, develop a social media strategy, perform consumer research, and lead content creation efforts. Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience; experience in healthcare is a plus but not required
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement
  • Analytical mindset: ability to synthesize data, identify trends/opportunities, and report out appropriately
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal ; ability to comfortably report up to leadership
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Partner effectively cross-functionally, with Patient Engagement & Network Development teams, to understand needs, challenges, and areas where marketing can support
  • Collaborate with Vice President, Patient Engagement to: Build & execute multi-channel engagement marketing campaigns that include SMS, email, direct mail, and addressable advertising
  • Develop & execute a social media strategy
  • Perform consumer research
  • Lead content creation efforts for patient and provider audiences, including blog posts, website copy, email newsletters, SMS messages, and other marketing materials. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels
  • Support with selection of marketing technology and vendors, including a marketing automation platform, customer data platform, and/or call tracking platform
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance data & reporting; regularly report out on campaign performance
