Summary
Join Lumos, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing app and access management for enterprises. You will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, from prospecting to closing deals. This role demands expertise in the discovery process, delivering value-based demos, and collaborating with various teams. You'll need 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including selling to large organizations and understanding MEDDPICC methodology. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
- 3+ years of experience selling to companies +2000 employees and an understanding of how to navigate buying process at larger organizations
- Demonstrated understanding of MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Experience working with IT, Security, GRC or similar technical buyers (experience selling cybersecurity is a plus)
- Ability to be nimble and a desire to be in a start-up environment where resources are still being built or refined
- Salesforce.com hygiene and deal management rigor
- Strong communication skills, operate with ethics, adaptability, grit and empathy
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a passion for helping large enterprise customers solve complex problems that truly add value and transform their organization
- Manage the full sales cycle for potential enterprise customer from prospecting to close
- Take ownership of pipeline generation for your region in partnership with the SDR and Marketing teams
- Demonstrate expertise and curiosity in the discovery process
- You pride yourself on tying challenges, pain and goals to a solution and will partner with the Sales engineering team to drive technical demos
- Share insights and learnings from your sales conversations
- Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
- Collect insights from sales calls for our product team
- Work with Marketing to create and execute campaigns to help with sales strategy
