Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software sales, with a proven record of success in a closing role, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong ability to identify and address customer needs while uncovering sales opportunities within North/East Germany
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with experience engaging with diverse customer profiles in the region
  • Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and excellent English communication skills
  • A technical mindset and ability to leverage tools for strategic selling

Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition of new enterprise logos within North/Northeast Germany, negotiating complex deals with C-level executives
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Sales and other teams to refine processes and address regional opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customers in North/East Germany, identifying their challenges and demonstrating how Parloa delivers ROI tailored to their specific needs
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and workshops that resonate with regional customers
  • Explore and develop business opportunities by identifying new use cases relevant to the North/East German market
