Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience, with a strong track record of success in enterprise-level sales
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Tech, particularly in selling software, services or solutions to enterprise clients (Revenues >100m€)
  • Understanding Retail/HR/Banking/Insurance is a significant advantage
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish trust with clients, understand their needs and offer customized solutions
  • The ability to build and nurture long-lasting client relationships is key for this role
  • You are a strategic thinker and know how to develop account plans that lead to revenue growth whilst identifying new business opportunities
  • You know how to identify and address client pain points proposing innovative solutions
  • You are comfortable presenting complex products or services in a clear and compelling manner, demonstrating how they can solve client challenges
  • You’re familiar with MEDDICC methodology
  • You are fluent in both French and English (C1 minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Work on a complete sales cycle at Enterprise Company Levels (>1bn€ revenues and 5k+ employees), from prospection to contract signature
  • Iterate sales pitches using a consultative, solutions-focused sales approach
  • Negotiate & Close Annual Contract Value (ACV) from 200k€ to over a 1m€, with sales cycle of +6 months
  • Create and lead cross-teams and cross-market projects and contribute to the global business strategy in collaboration with Marketing & Commercial leadership team
  • Implement a strategy of prospecting with the Head of B2B Sales, and active follow-up in order to qualify projects with your target customers
  • Ensure proper follow-up of commercial proposals, as well as responses to calls for tenders in which you participate for both private & public sectors
  • Represent SanteVet at trade shows and conferences across Europe as exhibitor and/or visitor
