Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or outbound prospecting role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Experience with enterprise sales is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Highly motivated with a proactive attitude and a strong desire to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Qualify: Identify and reach out to potential enterprise clients through targeted research and outreach strategies
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and leverage social selling techniques to generate new leads and set up meetings for the Enterprise Account Executive
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities within the enterprise sector
  • Lead Management: Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring all interactions and progress are documented accurately
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive to develop and execute effective sales strategies. Share insights and feedback to refine approaches and improve overall performance
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth
