Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Summary

Join Lumos, a fast-growing startup pioneering app and access management solutions for organizations of all sizes. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you'll be our technical champion throughout the pre-sales and post-sales processes, bringing customers onto the platform and working closely between sales, customer success, product, and engineering.

Requirements

• Fluency in SQL
• Sufficient knowledge of working in a terminal, database models, APIs, infrastructure, and frontend to debug problems, help direct engineering effort, and resolve issues
• Experience in python is a plus

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, owning all technical responsibilities required in our sales and onboarding journeys
• Architect demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and end to end solutions for our most complex customers, tying back to customer business goals at every stage
• Structure POCs with strong success criteria, taking full ownership of the process and ensuring we set up the POC and resulting implementation for success from the outset
• Work cross-functionally to drive technical and process investments that help scale our go to market teams, grow revenue and our ability to implement quickly, and support our growing customer base
• Own initiatives for the team that drive meaningful impact for the company, e.g. improving our demo environment, identifying how to make onboardings more self-service
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the market Lumos is a part of and use cases it supports. Report internally on market trends, customer success stories, and common issues & complaints you are seeing
