Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience in field marketing managing field events and tradeshows
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Digital.ai’s event (trade shows) strategy including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintaining pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance
  • Own and develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale events
  • Drive marketing-influenced pipeline and generate highly qualified leads through onsite activations and support of the sales team
  • Create and develop targeted marketing campaigns and programs at scale across marketing automation, social media channels, webinars, and partner events
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics
  • Interact with key decision makers and account holders
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory including collateral, giveaways, etc
  • Manage event marketing material and equipment set up and tear down
  • Leverage the corporate campaigns and implement them in your marketing plans
  • Set achievable lead and pipeline targets for programs and events
  • Work closely with the Business Development (BDR) team to enable them to follow up on incoming leads by reviewing program details and relevant Groove cadences
  • Monitor lead & opportunity progression, notify BDRs and Field Sales team of any stalled leads, and ensure leads are being disqualified or promoted within agreed upon SLAs and manage ensuing opportunity pipeline
