Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Significant and relevant administrative experience in a remote capacity
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Google Office suite
- Highly organized, analytical, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently to a very high standard of detail
- Ability to take ownership of projects and communicate project updates to stakeholders in a transparent and proactive manner
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines while performing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- An understanding of the complexities and internal communications surrounding collaboration in a global matrix and remote organization
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Organize board and committee meetings
- Support presentation prep
- Prepare minutes for approval
- Send swag to new hires
- Manage application subscriptions, including virtual phone
- IT assets management and renewals
- Carbon footprint management
- Draft compelling content for our internal monthly newsletter
- Drive the agenda for the monthly townhall
- Work with the different departments to ensure relevant information is disseminated effectively and appropriately
- Virtual team-building events
- Other projects as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multinational, non-profit environment
- Professional fluency in Spanish

- A compensation range for this position is USD $80,000-90,000 per year for US-based, EUR 40,000-50,000 for EU based, and GBP 50,000-60,000 for UK based employees
