Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience
  • Associated Degree or relevant experience
  • Proven technical skills, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work independently
  • Must be able to sit or stand at a computer and work remotely and independently from personal home office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, the Executive Team, and the Sales Team, including calendar management and coordination
  • Make travel arrangements as needed for the CEO, Executive Team and Sales Team, keeping expense reduction in mind
  • Provide event coordination and logistics support for special events (i.e. Sales retreats, Customer meetings, conferences, board meetings, etc.)
  • Work independently and within a team on special non-recurring and ongoing projects which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and use independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Recommend changes in office practices or procedures as needed
  • Utilize excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, planning, technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ensure effective communication is maintained on a professional level with Executive Staff, Customer, and Team Members
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the CEO and/or the Executive Team
