This is a remote opportunity open to applicants across India, requiring work from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am IST. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communication, or IT and proven experience supporting a senior executive are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Finance, communication or IT from a reputable institution
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. (Ideally 4+ years in a similar role)
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO professionally and effectively
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of finance and technology
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
- High level of flexibility, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership
- Entrepreneurial and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize CEO's calendar with precision, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritizing, and balancing commitments
- Take full responsibility for coordinating and executing follow-ups on behalf of the CEO with internal teams and external clients
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed, demonstrating solid business and financial understanding
- Handle Piyanka's travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth travel experiences
- Serve as the first point of contact, representing the CEO in client communications with professionalism and clarity
- Manage communications, screen emails, and respond on behalf of the CEO when required
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating strong relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups
- Manage invoicing and account receivables via invoicing apps
- Edit and send client contracts and SOW on behalf of the CEO
- Work closely with cross-functional teams on business operations and strategic initiatives that require executive input
- Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions in dynamic business situations
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to pivot as priorities shift within the fast-paced startup environment
- Utilize your tech-savviness and continuous learning attitude to adapt to new tools and systems as required by the role
