Summary

Join Aryng's leadership team as the Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to the Founder and CEO! This role requires a strategic thinker with strong financial acumen and communication skills to provide high-level administrative and operational support. You will manage the CEO's calendar, communications, travel, and financial tasks. This position demands proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and tech-savviness in a fast-paced startup environment. The role is remote, but requires working from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am IST to overlap with US business hours. We welcome applications from all over India.

Requirements

  • Possess an MBA in Finance from a reputable institution
  • Have proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. (Ideally 4+ years in a similar role)
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the CEO professionally and effectively
  • Have strong business acumen with a solid understanding of finance and technology
  • Be tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and software
  • Exhibit a high level of flexibility, proactive problem-solving skills, and a strong sense of ownership
  • Have an entrepreneurial and highly motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize Piyanka's calendar with precision, ensuring efficient scheduling, prioritizing, and balancing commitments
  • Take full responsibility for coordinating and executing follow-ups on behalf of the CEO with internal teams and external clients
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed, demonstrating solid business and financial understanding
  • Handle Piyanka's travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring smooth travel experiences
  • Serve as the first point of contact, representing the CEO in client communications with professionalism and clarity
  • Manage communications, screen emails, and respond on behalf of the CEO when required
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating strong relationships and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Manage invoicing and account receivables via invoicing apps
  • Edit and send client contracts and SOW on behalf of the CEO
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on business operations and strategic initiatives that require executive input
  • Proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions in dynamic business situations
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to pivot as priorities shift within the fast-paced startup environment
  • Utilize your tech-savviness and continuous learning attitude to adapt to new tools and systems as required by the role

Preferred Qualifications

Willingness to work from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (Overlap hours with US)
