Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive administrative support role
- Experience managing a complex calendar across multiple time zones
- Professional discretion and confidentiality are essential
- Polished and tactful executive-level communication skills
- Active listening and anticipation of needs
- Ability to remain calm and professional when priorities change
- Skill in managing and resolving conflicts diplomatically
- Expertise in current office technologies, including Google Workplace, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A valid driverβs license and local travel availability
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOβs schedule, including appointments and meetings
- Arrange necessary travel arrangements and reservations for the CEO and Leadership Team
- Ensure timely responses to emails and correspondence addressed to the CEO
- Assist the CEO with presentations and speaking engagements, including logistics and preparation
- Edit, draft, proofread, and format documents and presentations as required
- Follow up on all commitments with consistency, accuracy, and timeliness
- Assist with day-to-day personal tasks for the CEO as needed
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to follow up on action items from meetings
- Send emails and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO as required
- Provide technical support to the CEO in collaboration with the IT team
Preferred Qualifications
Post-secondary education is strongly preferred
