Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of five years related experience
  • Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required
  • Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur SAP
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player, ability to inspire trust and promote collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Deals professionally with all levels of internal and external management
  • Takes initiative in executives’ absence and works independently
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel-related meetings
  • Composes correspondence and reports for own or executives’ signature
  • Executes under tight timeframes; multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity
  • Collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments
  • Coordinates all aspects of executives’ appointments, meetings, partner visits and conference calls
  • Prepares and distributes professional quality documents, reports or presentations
  • Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings for executives
  • Assist Corporate Event Planner with coordination of on-site and off-site meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Compiles and submits expense reports for leaders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Ulti-Pro and Nautilus Unity Client is helpful
