Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of five years related experience
- Experience interacting with and supporting senior and executive levels of management required
- Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures, data management methods, basic accounting practices and human resources practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Concur SAP
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi task, with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player, ability to inspire trust and promote collaboration
Responsibilities
- Deals professionally with all levels of internal and external management
- Takes initiative in executives’ absence and works independently
- Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries; compiles documents for travel-related meetings
- Composes correspondence and reports for own or executives’ signature
- Executes under tight timeframes; multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity
- Collaborates with other administrative staff to accomplish work assignments
- Coordinates all aspects of executives’ appointments, meetings, partner visits and conference calls
- Prepares and distributes professional quality documents, reports or presentations
- Coordinates on-site and off-site meetings for executives
- Assist Corporate Event Planner with coordination of on-site and off-site meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Compiles and submits expense reports for leaders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Ulti-Pro and Nautilus Unity Client is helpful
