Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and project management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience with calendar management
  • Proven experience developing and following SOP’s
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information
  • Comfortable working with and learning new technologies
  • Professional
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Experience in managing complex schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations

Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Prepare and edit documents, surveys, reports, video announcements and presentations
  • Plan and coordinate team meetings, and execution of post-meeting tasks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Assist with personal tasks as needed, such as managing appointments
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they arise

Video editing experience

Benefits

  • Annual salary of 460,000 - 495,000 ZAR
  • 43 days off per year. This includes 22 holidays per year, plus 21 days of PTO per year
  • 3 additional days off per year to volunteer with a non-profit organization of your choice
  • 100% Remote work with core working hours of 2:30 PM - 7:30 PM SAST
  • The ability to participate in the company profit sharing program the year after your hire date (pending passing a financial literacy quiz.)
