Summary
Join our team as a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant, providing essential support to our team. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will manage scheduling, meeting coordination, event planning, travel arrangements, and company swag. This role requires excellent communication, prioritization skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Requirements
- 2+ years of progressive administrative support experience with at least one-year supporting executive level
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proven administrative assistant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling assistance in ordering office supplies and equipment and working with vendors
- Assist in scheduling meetings, including preparing agendas and ensuring all logistics are in place
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, from small meetings to larger corporate gatherings
- Assist with registrations, hotel accommodations, and assisting the marketing team with assets such as booth setup/teardown, delivery, etc
- Assist in planning, booking, and preparing complex travel itineraries (domestic and international), in addition to maintaining the corporate travel software, Spotnana
- Assist in selecting and ordering company swag for both employees and customers
- Other Duties as Assigned
