Requirements
- Positive, open-minded, and can-do attitude
- Hard-working, detail-oriented, fast-learner
- Capable of flexible work hour to accommodate events in the US time zones
- Currently a college student (sophomore and above preferred)
- Good command of English and strong MS Office skills
Responsibilities
- Support Executive Assistant with internal human resources/admin tasks such as: post job announcements, schedule interviews, send reject/accept emails; take care of office facilities, fill in admin paperwork (taxes,...)
- Support Marketing and Product team with various tasks
- Manage, train, and supervise a remote team of event operation staff to ensure high-quality operation results
- Data entry tasks and other tasks as assigned by management
