Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in field/event marketing, with a focus on driving pipeline growth
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure event performance and ROI, and clearly communicate results
- Experience in the SaaS or tech industry, with a solid understanding of B2B marketing
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and ABM tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills: Youโre a natural people person who loves building strong relationships
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit: You take initiative and drive projects forward independently
- Collaborative team player: You work well across functions and regions, helping teams align on shared goals and initiatives
Responsibilities
- Generate creative new ideas for events of all sizes, from intimate dinners to full-scale conferences and virtual events, and bring them to life with thoughtfulness and attention to detail
- Partner closely with Sales to develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with pipeline goals and sales priorities
- Plan and manage a range of demand generation programs, including webinars, live and virtual events, ABM campaigns, and field content
- Coordinate global event participation, including industry conferences, meetups, and executive roundtables
- Develop localized marketing assets and content in partnership with Product Marketing and Content teams
- Track and report on program performance, lead conversion, and ROI using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics platforms
- Support sales enablement by ensuring teams have timely access to event follow-ups, collateral, and market insights
